Build Configuration
This Porsche Taycan upgrades to Porsche-spec Akebono 10-piston front calipers and STOPFLEX long-fiber carbon ceramic rotors on both axles. The parts layout shows the upgraded front calipers, four rotors and pad hardware together.
- Front: Porsche OEM Akebono 10-piston calipers with STOPFLEX 420mm long-fiber carbon ceramic rotors.
- Rear: STOPFLEX 380mm long-fiber carbon ceramic rotors.
The upgraded 10-piston front calipers and our 420/380mm rotor set give this Taycan a front-caliper conversion with carbon ceramic discs on both axles. Continuous carbon strands provide the rotors’ long-fiber structure for strength and thermal durability. Our carbon ceramic friction material is selected for high-temperature stability, bringing the front assembly and rear discs into one complete upgrade proposal.
Our Taycan Akebono carbon ceramic upgrade range offers a rust-free friction face and ceramic-glaze finish. The yellow Porsche-spec calipers and drilled rotor surfaces give the package a clear visual identity. Compared with like-sized iron discs, carbon ceramic construction can reduce rotating and unsprung mass across the axles.
