Z9GT Front Brake Configuration
This Denza Z9GT uses a Brembo GT6 front brake package paired with STOPFLEX carbon ceramic rotors. The photos show the parts before fitting and the completed wheel-on installation.

The material argument for a package like this is repeatability as heat builds. STOPFLEX's engineering guide describes the C/SiC composite core as structurally stable at high temperatures. For a buyer considering sustained higher-duty braking, that is a reason to compare the rotor material alongside the caliper specification. It concerns thermal behavior; tire grip and ABS still strongly influence a single-stop distance.
The trade-off is the supporting system the material requires. The guide treats the rotor surface, pad chemistry and transfer layer as one friction system. Correct CCB-compatible pads and controlled bedding are essential, while repeated hard use still needs appropriate fluid and cooling. Those items belong in the purchase budget with the GT6 calipers and rotors, rather than being left for a later upgrade.
