Fitment here is bespoke: brackets, hat offsets, and caliper mounting are engineered for your exact model and trim rather than copied across the platform. Two trims with the same chassis code can still differ in knuckles, hub geometry, and wheel ET clearance — which is why we confirm your trim first, then build the matched system of calipers, pads, rotor hats, floating hardware, and lines for it. Modified knuckles, uprights, or non-factory suspension points require review before ordering.
The 420 mm rotor sets the minimum wheel size at 21" — smaller wheels will not clear the caliper and rotor. Spoke profile and offset also affect clearance; confirm your exact wheels before ordering.

A carbon-ceramic rotor weighs roughly half of the equivalent iron disc. Less rotating, unsprung mass lets the suspension follow broken pavement more cleanly and makes steering response noticeably sharper.
High-Temperature Stability
The carbon-silicon-carbide friction matrix keeps working at temperatures that push iron rotors into heavy fade, so the tenth hard stop feels like the first — same pedal travel, same bite point.
Winter & Cold-Weather Braking
Cold facts first: an untuned ceramic disc bites less than iron on a freezing morning — physics, not a defect. StopFlex tuned both the pad compound and the disc's ceramic coating for cold starts, so winter cold-car braking now feels very close to summer. Leave extra margin on the very coldest first stops; severe-climate daily drivers should build Street Spec.

Front Caliper
The front caliper is the AP Racing Mono E CP7411, a 10-piston monobloc that clamps a 420mm carbon-ceramic rotor. Its ten pistons spread pad pressure evenly to hold a firm, repeatable pedal on a vehicle as heavy as the 9X.
Rear Caliper
The rear runs the AP Racing CP9582 4-piston caliper on a 380mm rotor, adding thermal capacity for the rear axle under repeated stops. It is configured to work with the 9X's factory electronic parking brake.

Heat Management Note
Carbon ceramic rotors tolerate extreme surface temperature, but they do not remove every heat-management requirement. During repeated hard stops, heat still soaks into pads, fluid, seals, calipers, wheels, and nearby components. For long track sessions, mountain descents, or sustained aggressive driving, brake cooling and high-temperature fluid are still recommended.

How does this kit behave on a cold winter morning?
An untuned carbon-ceramic disc bites softer than cold iron on the first stops — that is physics, not a fault. We tune both the pad compound and the disc's ceramic coating for cold starts, so winter cold-car feel comes very close to summer feel. On the coldest first stop or two, leave a little extra following distance until the front 420mm and rear 380mm rotors warm.
Will this fit my exact Zeekr 9X trim?
Every kit is engineered for your confirmed trim. Brackets, rotor-hat offsets, and caliper mounting are matched to your car's knuckles, hub geometry, and wheel clearance — not assumed from the 9X platform. Trims that share the chassis name can differ mechanically, so we confirm your exact configuration before building. This is not a universal bolt-on.
What wheels do I need to clear these brakes?
The front rotor is 420mm, so 21-inch wheels are the minimum. Wheels under 21 inches will not clear the CP7411 caliper. Spoke shape and inner-barrel clearance also matter, so send your wheel details and we'll verify fit before you order.
Does this work with the factory electronic parking brake?
Yes. The rear AP Racing CP9582 setup is configured to retain the 9X's factory electronic parking brake function, so you keep normal park-brake operation with the 380mm rear carbon-ceramic rotors.
