Fitment here is bespoke: brackets, hat offsets, and caliper mounting are engineered for your exact model and trim rather than copied across the platform. Two trims with the same chassis code can still differ in knuckles, hub geometry, and wheel ET clearance — which is why we confirm your trim first, then build the matched system of calipers, pads, rotor hats, floating hardware, and lines for it. Modified knuckles, uprights, or non-factory suspension points require review before ordering.
The 380 mm rotor sets the minimum wheel size at 19" — smaller wheels will not clear the caliper and rotor. Spoke profile and offset also affect clearance; confirm your exact wheels before ordering.

Why Carbon Ceramic — and Why StopFlex
Continuous Fiber Construction
StopFlex discs are built with long continuous carbon fiber instead of chopped short fiber. Continuous strands carry load across the whole rotor body, raising strength and thermal durability under heat cycles.
Bespoke Per-Vehicle Engineering
Every order is machined to the confirmed vehicle and trim. Brackets, hat offsets, and pad shapes are built for that exact car — never pulled from a one-size-fits-all catalog.
CCB-Specific Pad Compound
A low-metallic resin pad compound reinforced with steel, copper, and aramid fiber, made for ceramic discs: stable to about 750 °C, roughly 0.44 average friction, strong fade resistance, low rotor wear.
Lower Unsprung Mass
A carbon-ceramic rotor weighs roughly half of the equivalent iron disc. Less rotating, unsprung mass lets the suspension follow broken pavement more cleanly and makes steering response noticeably sharper.
High-Temperature Stability
The carbon-silicon-carbide friction matrix keeps working at temperatures that push iron rotors into heavy fade, so the tenth hard stop feels like the first — same pedal travel, same bite point.
Rust-Free Rotor Surface

Caliper Overview
Front Caliper
The front caliper is the Brembo X-Style FA-042 Forged 6-Piston Caliper. Its six opposed pistons clamp a 380mm carbon-ceramic rotor with even pad loading, so pedal pressure stays consistent from a cold first stop through repeated hard braking.
Rear Caliper
The rear runs a TTSPORT EP4 4-Piston Forged Caliper with integrated EPB, matched to a 380mm rotor. It uses four hydraulic service pistons plus one dedicated EPB actuator piston, so the 007 keeps its factory electronic parking brake while gaining real rear-axle thermal capacity. The forged two-piece body weighs about 4.50 kg per caliper without pads, with 30.4 cm-squared of piston area.

Heat Management Note
Carbon ceramic rotors tolerate extreme surface temperature, but they do not remove every heat-management requirement. During repeated hard stops, heat still soaks into pads, fluid, seals, calipers, wheels, and nearby components. For long track sessions, mountain descents, or sustained aggressive driving, brake cooling and high-temperature fluid are still recommended.

StopFlex tunes both the low-metallic resin-composite pad compound and the disc's ceramic coating for cold starts, so your winter cold-car feel now comes very close to summer feel. On the coldest first stops it's still smart to leave a bit of extra following distance until the front 380mm rotors take heat.
Is this kit really made for my exact Zeekr 007 trim?
Yes. Every kit is bespoke-engineered for your confirmed 007 trim. Brackets, rotor-hat offsets, and caliper mounting are cut to match that specific car, not assumed from the platform. Trims that share the 007 name can differ in front knuckle geometry, hub layout, and wheel clearance, so we build to your confirmed VIN and trim rather than making a platform-wide bolt-on claim.
What wheels do I need to clear these brakes?
The largest rotor here is 380mm, so the minimum wheel size is 19 inches. Wheels under 19 inches will not clear the front Brembo FA-042 caliper and rotor, and spoke clearance matters too — some 19-inch wheels with heavy spoke coverage may still foul the caliper. Send your wheel details during fitment and we'll confirm clearance before building.
Does the rear caliper keep my electronic parking brake?
Yes. The TTSPORT EP4 rear caliper has a dedicated EPB actuator piston separate from its four hydraulic service pistons, so your factory electronic parking brake works exactly as it did from the factory — hold, auto-hold, and release stay intact while you gain rear-axle braking capacity on the 380mm rotor.
