Fitment here is bespoke: brackets, hat offsets, and caliper mounting are engineered for your exact model and trim rather than copied across the platform. Two trims with the same chassis code can still differ in knuckles, hub geometry, and wheel ET clearance — which is why we confirm your trim first, then build the matched system of calipers, pads, rotor hats, floating hardware, and lines for it. Modified knuckles, uprights, or non-factory suspension points require review before ordering.
The 380 mm rotor sets the minimum wheel size at 19" — smaller wheels will not clear the caliper and rotor. Spoke profile and offset also affect clearance; confirm your exact wheels before ordering.

Why Carbon Ceramic — and Why StopFlex
CCB-Specific Pad Compound
A low-metallic resin pad compound reinforced with steel, copper, and aramid fiber, made for ceramic discs: stable to about 750 °C, roughly 0.44 average friction, strong fade resistance, low rotor wear.
Lower Unsprung Mass
A carbon-ceramic rotor weighs roughly half of the equivalent iron disc. Less rotating, unsprung mass lets the suspension follow broken pavement more cleanly and makes steering response noticeably sharper.
High-Temperature Stability
The carbon-silicon-carbide friction matrix keeps working at temperatures that push iron rotors into heavy fade, so the tenth hard stop feels like the first — same pedal travel, same bite point.
Rust-Free Rotor Surface
Ceramic discs cannot flash-rust. After rain, a wash, or weeks of parking, the rotor face behind your open-spoke wheels stays clean — no orange ring on a freshly detailed car.
Long Street-Service Life

Winter & Cold-Weather Braking
Winter question, straight answer: untuned ceramic discs bite less when cold. StopFlex optimized the pad compound and the rotor's ceramic coating for cold operation, so cold-start braking in winter feels very close to warm-weather braking. Extra following distance on freezing first stops is still smart; severe-winter daily cars should run Street Spec.

The front runs the Brembo V6 / GT6 / GTS6 6-piston caliper on a 380 mm carbon-ceramic rotor. You pick the option: V6 is the OEM Cadillac CTS-V casting, GT6 is the Brembo GT | M6, GTS6 is the Brembo GT | S6 — all six pistons hold pedal firm as the disc heats through repeated hard stops.
Rear Caliper
The rear pairs a Brembo V4 / GT4 / GTS4 4-piston caliper with a 380 mm carbon-ceramic rotor, adding rear thermal capacity so the car stays balanced under braking instead of leaning entirely on the front axle. Choose V4 (Cadillac CTS-V), GT4 (Brembo GT | M4), or GTS4 (Brembo GT | S4).

Heat Management Note
Carbon ceramic rotors tolerate extreme surface temperature, but they do not remove every heat-management requirement. During repeated hard stops, heat still soaks into pads, fluid, seals, calipers, wheels, and nearby components. For long track sessions, mountain descents, or sustained aggressive driving, brake cooling and high-temperature fluid are still recommended.

FAQ
Will these clear my current wheels?
No. The 380 mm front rotor requires a minimum 19-inch wheel, and spoke shape matters as much as diameter — a shallow-spoke 19 can still foul the caliper. Send us your exact wheel model and offset before ordering and we'll confirm clearance.
How does the kit behave in winter and cold starts?
A cold carbon-ceramic disc bites a little less than cold iron on the very first stop — that's physics, not a fault. We've tuned both the pad compound and the disc's ceramic coating for cold starts, so on the Scirocco winter feel now sits very close to summer feel. Leave a bit of extra following distance on your first stop or two on the coldest mornings.
Is this a bolt-on kit for any Scirocco?
No, and we won't pretend it is. The Scirocco R uses different front knuckle and hub geometry than a standard 137/138, so brackets, rotor-hat offsets, and caliper mounting are machined to your confirmed trim. We build per car, not per platform.
Does the rear kit keep my electronic parking brake working?
Yes, when your car has the factory EPB. The Brembo V4 / GT4 / GTS4 rear caliper option is set up to retain electromechanical parking-brake function on Scirocco trims equipped with it. Tell us your trim and we'll match the correct rear caliper.
