Every StopFlex kit is bespoke-engineered for your exact model and trim — brackets, rotor-hat offsets, and caliper mounting are matched to your specific car, never assumed from the platform. Trims that share a chassis name can differ mechanically: a pure performance variant often carries different knuckles, hub geometry, and wheel ET clearance than the standard models, so parts that bolt onto one are not the parts that fit the other. Calipers, pads, rotor hats, floating hardware, and brake lines ship as one matched system built to your confirmed trim. Modified knuckles, uprights, or non-factory suspension mounting points must be reviewed before ordering.
The 380 mm rotor sets the minimum wheel size at 19" — smaller wheels will not clear the caliper and rotor. Spoke profile and offset also affect clearance; confirm your exact wheels before ordering.

Why Carbon Ceramic — and Why StopFlex
Rust-Free Rotor Surface
Ceramic discs cannot flash-rust. After rain, a wash, or weeks of parking, the rotor face behind your open-spoke wheels stays clean — no orange ring on a freshly detailed car.
Long Street-Service Life
In normal road use with matched pads and correct bedding, one StopFlex CCB rotor set is engineered to outlast several sets of iron replacement rotors, recovering part of the up-front cost.
Low Visible Dust
Matched with StopFlex pads, the system sheds a fraction of the dust an iron rotor and pad combination throws. Wheels stay clean for weeks of driving instead of days.
Premium Ceramic-Glaze Finish
StopFlex's proprietary coating gives the disc a bright ceramic-glaze surface with subtle texture — the factory carbon-ceramic look, clearly visible through open wheel designs.
Continuous Fiber Construction

CCB-Specific Pad Compound
A low-metallic resin pad compound reinforced with steel, copper, and aramid fiber, made for ceramic discs: stable to about 750 °C, roughly 0.44 average friction, strong fade resistance, low rotor wear.
Lower Unsprung Mass
A carbon-ceramic rotor weighs roughly half of the equivalent iron disc. Less rotating, unsprung mass lets the suspension follow broken pavement more cleanly and makes steering response noticeably sharper.
High-Temperature Stability
The carbon-silicon-carbide friction matrix keeps working at temperatures that push iron rotors into heavy fade, so the tenth hard stop feels like the first — same pedal travel, same bite point.
Winter & Cold-Weather Braking
Winter question, straight answer: untuned ceramic discs bite less when cold. StopFlex optimized the pad compound and the rotor's ceramic coating for cold operation, so cold-start braking in winter feels very close to warm-weather braking. Extra following distance on freezing first stops is still smart; severe-winter daily cars should run Street Spec.
Caliper Overview
Front Caliper
The front uses your choice of Brembo 6-piston caliper — the V6 (OEM Cadillac CTS-V), the GT | M6, or the GT | S6 — all matched to a 380 mm rotor. Six opposed pistons keep pad pressure even and pedal feel consistent on the A90/A91, lap after lap.
Rear Caliper
The rear pairs a Brembo 4-piston caliper — V4 (OEM Cadillac CTS-V), GT | M4, or GT | S4 — with a 380 mm rotor to add rear thermal capacity and balance the front upgrade. Rear parking-brake function is handled by the Supra's factory electric system, which we retain in the bracket design.

Heat Management Note
High rotor temperature tolerance does not mean heat management disappears. Under repeated hard braking, heat migrates into the pads, brake fluid, seals, calipers, and wheels even when the ceramic disc itself is comfortable. Plan brake cooling and high-temperature fluid for extended track sessions, long mountain descents, or sustained aggressive driving.

Will this kit bolt onto my exact Supra, or is it a generic A90 fit?
It's built for your confirmed trim, not the platform. We match the brackets, rotor-hat offsets, and caliper mounting to your specific GR Supra after you send VIN and wheel details. We never ship a one-size A90/A91 kit, because knuckle geometry and wheel clearance can vary between build years and options.
What wheels do I need to clear the 380 mm rotors?
The 380 mm front and rear rotors require a minimum 19-inch wheel, and spoke design matters as much as diameter. Many factory and aftermarket Supra wheels clear fine, but send us your exact wheel spec so we can confirm caliper and spoke clearance before you order.
How does this kit behave in cold weather and winter driving?
An untuned cold carbon-ceramic disc bites less than cold iron on the first stops — that's physics, not a fault. We tuned both the pad compound and the disc's ceramic coating specifically for cold starts, so first-stop feel on a cold Supra now comes very close to summer feel. On the coldest mornings, leave a little extra following distance for the first couple of stops.
Does the kit keep my factory electronic parking brake?
Yes. The GR Supra uses a factory electronic parking brake, and the rear brackets are designed to retain that function with the Brembo 4-piston rear calipers. You keep normal EPB operation with the 380 mm rear rotors.
