Two trims with the same chassis code can still differ in knuckles, hub geometry, and wheel ET clearance — which is why we confirm your trim first, then build the matched system of calipers, pads, rotor hats, floating hardware, and lines for it. Modified knuckles, uprights, or non-factory suspension points require review before ordering.
The 400 mm rotor sets the minimum wheel size at 20" — smaller wheels will not clear the caliper and rotor. Spoke profile and offset also affect clearance; confirm your exact wheels before ordering.

Front Caliper
The front uses the Advics OEM Lexus 6-Piston Caliper, the same monoblock hardware Toyota trusts on its performance Lexus models. Six pistons give even pad loading and a firm, repeatable pedal behind the Crown's 20-inch wheels.
Rear Caliper
The rear pairs with a Brembo 4-piston caliper on a 380 mm rotor, and you choose among three options: V4 (Brembo OEM Cadillac CTS-V), GT4 (Brembo GT | M4), or GTS4 (Brembo GT | S4). All add real rear thermal capacity while keeping the Crown's balance under repeated stops.

Heat Management Note
Carbon ceramic rotors tolerate extreme surface temperature, but they do not remove every heat-management requirement. During repeated hard stops, heat still soaks into pads, fluid, seals, calipers, wheels, and nearby components. For long track sessions, mountain descents, or sustained aggressive driving, brake cooling and high-temperature fluid are still recommended.

Will my carbon ceramic brakes work in cold winter driving?
An untuned carbon-ceramic disc bites a little less than cold iron on the first stop of a freezing morning; that's physics, not a fault. StopFlex tunes both the pad compound and the disc's ceramic coating specifically for cold starts, so on the Crown Crossover your first winter stops feel very close to summer feel. Leave a bit of extra following distance on the coldest first few stops and you're set.
Do these brakes fit my exact Crown Crossover trim?
Every kit is built to your confirmed trim, not assumed from the S235 platform. We match the brackets, rotor-hat offsets, and caliper mounting to your specific front knuckle and hub geometry, since trims in the same chassis family can differ mechanically. We do not make a universal bolt-on claim; we confirm your exact car first.
What wheel size do I need to clear this kit?
The front rotor is 400 mm, so you need a minimum 20-inch wheel. Wheels under 20 inches will not clear it, and spoke design matters too, so send us your wheel details during fitment so we can confirm caliper and spoke clearance before anything ships.
Will this keep my Crown's refined ride and reduce brake dust?
