Trims that share a chassis name can differ mechanically: a pure performance variant often carries different knuckles, hub geometry, and wheel ET clearance than the standard models, so parts that bolt onto one are not the parts that fit the other. Calipers, pads, rotor hats, floating hardware, and brake lines ship as one matched system built to your confirmed trim. Modified knuckles, uprights, or non-factory suspension mounting points must be reviewed before ordering.
The 380 mm rotor sets the minimum wheel size at 19" — smaller wheels will not clear the caliper and rotor. Spoke profile and offset also affect clearance; confirm your exact wheels before ordering.

Bespoke Per-Vehicle Engineering
Every order is machined to the confirmed vehicle and trim. Brackets, hat offsets, and pad shapes are built for that exact car — never pulled from a one-size-fits-all catalog.
CCB-Specific Pad Compound
A low-metallic resin pad compound reinforced with steel, copper, and aramid fiber, made for ceramic discs: stable to about 750 °C, roughly 0.44 average friction, strong fade resistance, low rotor wear.
Lower Unsprung Mass
A carbon-ceramic rotor weighs roughly half of the equivalent iron disc. Less rotating, unsprung mass lets the suspension follow broken pavement more cleanly and makes steering response noticeably sharper.
High-Temperature Stability
The carbon-silicon-carbide friction matrix keeps working at temperatures that push iron rotors into heavy fade, so the tenth hard stop feels like the first — same pedal travel, same bite point.

Keep a little extra distance on the coldest mornings; for harsh winters, choose Street Spec.

The front runs the Brembo OEM Ford Shelby GT350 Mustang 6-piston caliper, a factory-proven monoblock unit that keeps clamping force and pedal feel consistent as the front 380mm rotors heat up on long descents.
Rear Caliper
The rear uses the TTSPORT EP4 4-piston forged caliper with an integrated EPB. It runs four 28mm hydraulic service pistons plus one 27mm dedicated actuator piston that preserves the Alphard's factory electronic parking brake, adding real rear-axle thermal capacity without losing OE parking convenience. Total piston area is 30.4 sq cm per caliper in a two-piece forged-aluminum body weighing about 4.50 kg without pads.

Heat Management Note
Ceramic discs shrug off surface temperatures that would destroy iron, but the rest of the system still heats up: pads, fluid, seals, calipers, and wheels all absorb soak heat during repeated hard stops. For track days, long descents, and sustained hard driving, run brake cooling and high-temperature fluid.

Will these brakes work in winter and cold weather?
Yes. A cold carbon-ceramic disc naturally bites a little less than cold iron on the first stops of the day, which is physics, not a fault. StopFlex tunes both the low-metallic resin-composite pad and the disc's ceramic coating for cold starts, so cold-car braking feel comes very close to warmed-up summer feel. On the coldest first stops, still leave a little extra following distance until everything is up to temperature.
Will this fit my exact Alphard trim?
Every kit is bespoke-engineered to your confirmed AH40 trim. Brackets, rotor-hat offsets, and caliper mounting are cut for your specific front knuckles, hub geometry, and wheel clearance. We do not claim a platform-wide bolt-on, because trims sharing the Alphard chassis can differ mechanically. Send us your VIN and trim so we build the correct hardware for your car.
What wheel size do I need to clear the 380mm rotors?
The 380mm front rotors require a minimum 19-inch wheel. Wheels under 19 inches will not clear the front caliper and rotor package, and spoke geometry matters as much as diameter. Send us your wheel specs and we will confirm clearance before you order.
Does the rear caliper keep my electronic parking brake?
Yes. The TTSPORT EP4 rear caliper is built for platforms like the AH40 that require an EPB. It uses a dedicated 27mm actuator piston to preserve the factory electronic parking brake and auto-hold, while the four hydraulic pistons handle braking, so you keep OE convenience and gain rear thermal capacity.
