Heat Management Note
High rotor temperature tolerance does not mean heat management disappears. Under repeated hard braking, heat migrates into the pads, brake fluid, seals, calipers, and wheels even when the ceramic disc itself is comfortable. Plan brake cooling and high-temperature fluid for extended track sessions, long mountain descents, or sustained aggressive driving.

Will these brakes bite in cold weather, or do I need to warm them up first?
A cold carbon-ceramic disc naturally bites a little less than cold iron on the first stop or two. That's physics, not a fault. StopFlex tunes both the pad compound and the disc's ceramic coating for cold starts, so on your Alphard the first winter stops now feel very close to summer. Leave a little extra following distance on the coldest morning pulls and you're set.
How do I know the kit fits my exact Alphard trim?
Every kit is engineered to your confirmed AH30 trim, not the platform as a whole. Brackets, rotor-hat offsets, and caliper mounting are cut for your specific front knuckle and hub geometry. What wheel size do I need to clear the 400mm front rotor?
