This kit is built per car, not per platform. We engineer the brackets, rotor-hat offsets, and caliper mounting to your confirmed model and trim, because trims sharing a chassis name frequently differ underneath — performance variants can run different knuckles, hub geometry, and wheel ET clearance than their standard siblings. You receive calipers, pads, rotor hats, floating hardware, and brake lines as one matched, trim-specific system. Cars with modified knuckles, uprights, or non-factory suspension mounting points need review before ordering.
The 410 mm rotor sets the minimum wheel size at 21" — smaller wheels will not clear the caliper and rotor. Spoke profile and offset also affect clearance; confirm your exact wheels before ordering.

A carbon-ceramic rotor weighs roughly half of the equivalent iron disc. Less rotating, unsprung mass lets the suspension follow broken pavement more cleanly and makes steering response noticeably sharper.

StopFlex engineered the pad formula and disc coating specifically for cold starts, closing that gap: cold-car winter feel is now very close to summer feel. Keep a little extra distance on the coldest mornings; for harsh winters, choose Street Spec.
Caliper Overview
Front Caliper
The front caliper is the Alcon RC6, a 6-piston monoblock that clamps a 410mm carbon-ceramic rotor. Six pistons spread pad load evenly so pedal effort stays consistent from cold city stops through repeated high-speed braking.
Rear Caliper
The rear is the TTSPORT EP4 4-Piston Forged Caliper with an integrated EPB actuator. It uses four 28mm hydraulic service pistons for braking plus a dedicated 27mm electronic parking-brake piston, so your Macan keeps full factory EPB function while gaining real rear-axle thermal capacity. The two-piece forged-aluminum body weighs about 4.50 kg per caliper without pads and carries a high-temperature gloss coating.

Heat Management Note
High rotor temperature tolerance does not mean heat management disappears. Under repeated hard braking, heat migrates into the pads, brake fluid, seals, calipers, and wheels even when the ceramic disc itself is comfortable. Plan brake cooling and high-temperature fluid for extended track sessions, long mountain descents, or sustained aggressive driving.

Will this fit my exact Macan trim, or is it a generic platform kit?
It is built for your confirmed trim, not assumed from the 95B name. A base Macan, Macan S, Macan T, and the Turbo/Performance cars can differ in front knuckle geometry, hub offset, and wheel ET clearance, so we cut brackets and set rotor-hat offsets to match the car you own. We confirm your trim and build number before machining anything, so there is no platform-wide bolt-on shortcut here.
What wheels do I need to clear the 410mm front rotor?
The 410mm front disc requires 21-inch wheels or larger. Anything under 21 inches will not clear the Alcon RC6 caliper, and even at 21 inches the spoke shape matters, so send us your wheel details and we will verify clearance against the caliper envelope before you buy.
How does this kit behave in winter and cold starts?
A cold, untuned carbon-ceramic disc naturally bites less than cold iron on the first stop, which is physics, not a defect. We addressed it on two fronts: the low-metallic resin-composite pad compound and the disc's ceramic coating are both optimized for cold engagement, so cold-car braking feel now comes very close to summer feel. On the coldest first few stops, leaving a little extra following distance is still smart.
Will the factory brake-wear warning still work?
Yes. The kit includes pad wear sensors that are fully compatible with the Macan's OEM wear-sensor system, so the dashboard pad-wear warning keeps working with no fault codes. The integrated EPB actuator on the rear caliper also preserves your factory electronic parking brake, so the console switch operates exactly as it did stock.
