Will This Fit My Car?

Full Upgrade CCB Big Brake Kits (With Calipers) for the 2015-2024 Porsche Macan (95B) GTS. This page's exact brake setup:

Model Years Front Setup Rear Setup Min. Wheel Size
2015-2024 Akebono OEM Porsche 10-Piston (10N) Caliper / 420mm TTSPORT EP4 4-Piston Forged Caliper integrated with EPB / 380mm 21"

This kit is built per car, not per platform. We engineer the brackets, rotor-hat offsets, and caliper mounting to your confirmed model and trim, because trims sharing a chassis name frequently differ underneath — performance variants can run different knuckles, hub geometry, and wheel ET clearance than their standard siblings. You receive calipers, pads, rotor hats, floating hardware, and brake lines as one matched, trim-specific system. Cars with modified knuckles, uprights, or non-factory suspension mounting points need review before ordering.

The 420 mm rotor sets the minimum wheel size at 21" — smaller wheels will not clear the caliper and rotor. Spoke profile and offset also affect clearance; confirm your exact wheels before ordering.

Why Carbon Ceramic — and Why StopFlex

Low Visible Dust

Matched with StopFlex pads, the system sheds a fraction of the dust an iron rotor and pad combination throws. Wheels stay clean for weeks of driving instead of days.

Premium Ceramic-Glaze Finish

StopFlex's proprietary coating gives the disc a bright ceramic-glaze surface with subtle texture — the factory carbon-ceramic look, clearly visible through open wheel designs.

Continuous Fiber Construction

StopFlex discs are built with long continuous carbon fiber instead of chopped short fiber. Continuous strands carry load across the whole rotor body, raising strength and thermal durability under heat cycles.

Bespoke Per-Vehicle Engineering

Every order is machined to the confirmed vehicle and trim. Brackets, hat offsets, and pad shapes are built for that exact car — never pulled from a one-size-fits-all catalog.

CCB-Specific Pad Compound

A low-metallic resin pad compound reinforced with steel, copper, and aramid fiber, made for ceramic discs: stable to about 750 °C, roughly 0.44 average friction, strong fade resistance, low rotor wear.

Lower Unsprung Mass

A carbon-ceramic rotor weighs roughly half of the equivalent iron disc. Less rotating, unsprung mass lets the suspension follow broken pavement more cleanly and makes steering response noticeably sharper.

High-Temperature Stability

The carbon-silicon-carbide friction matrix keeps working at temperatures that push iron rotors into heavy fade, so the tenth hard stop feels like the first — same pedal travel, same bite point.

Rust-Free Rotor Surface

Ceramic discs cannot flash-rust. After rain, a wash, or weeks of parking, the rotor face behind your open-spoke wheels stays clean — no orange ring on a freshly detailed car.

Long Street-Service Life

In normal road use with matched pads and correct bedding, one StopFlex CCB rotor set is engineered to outlast several sets of iron replacement rotors, recovering part of the up-front cost.

Winter & Cold-Weather Braking

Winter question, straight answer: untuned ceramic discs bite less when cold. StopFlex optimized the pad compound and the rotor's ceramic coating for cold operation, so cold-start braking in winter feels very close to warm-weather braking. Extra following distance on freezing first stops is still smart; severe-winter daily cars should run Street Spec.

Caliper Overview

Front Caliper

The front uses the Akebono OEM Porsche 10-Piston (10N) caliper, the same monobloc Porsche fits to its own performance builds. Ten pistons keep clamping even and pedal feel consistent as the 420mm disc heats, without the flex you get from lighter multi-piece calipers.

Rear Caliper

The rear is the TTSPORT EP4 4-Piston Forged Caliper with an integrated EPB actuator: 4 hydraulic service pistons (28mm) for braking plus a dedicated 27mm electronic parking-brake piston, so your Macan keeps its factory electric park brake while gaining real rear-axle thermal capacity. It's a two-piece forged-aluminum body at about 4.50 kg per caliper, with heat-insulated two-piece pistons and 30.4 cm² of piston area, matched here to a 380mm rear rotor.

Choose Your Rotor: Street, Track-Day, or Motorsport

StopFlex Street Spec carbon ceramic brake rotor

Street Spec

Ceramic coating, cross-drilled face, and large cooling channels.

Best for daily driving and premium street builds that need clean cold bite, low dust, corrosion-free appearance, and long service life.

StopFlex Track-Day Spec carbon ceramic brake rotor

Track-Day Spec

Ceramic coating, blank face, and honeycomb cooling channels.

Best for fast-road and track-day use where repeated braking stability matters more than maximum visual drilling style.

StopFlex Motorsport Spec carbon ceramic brake rotor

Motorsport Spec

Uncoated blank face with honeycomb cooling channels.

Best for race-focused builds that run competition pads, high-temperature fluid, cooling strategy, and a proper warm-up window. Not the default street choice.

Heat Management Note

High rotor temperature tolerance does not mean heat management disappears. Under repeated hard braking, heat migrates into the pads, brake fluid, seals, calipers, and wheels even when the ceramic disc itself is comfortable. Plan brake cooling and high-temperature fluid for extended track sessions, long mountain descents, or sustained aggressive driving.

Get Your Fitment Confirmed

Before ordering, tell us the exact vehicle, current rotor sizes, and caliper type. Nothing goes to production until the build is confirmed against your VIN-level configuration.

FAQ

Will these brakes work in winter and cold weather?

Yes. An untuned carbon-ceramic disc bites less than cold iron when it's freezing out — that's physics, not a fault. We've tuned both the pad compound and the ceramic disc coating for cold starts, so first-stop feel on a cold Macan now comes very close to warm summer feel. On the coldest morning stops, still leave a little extra following distance for the first few applications until everything is up to temperature.

Does this fit my exact Macan GTS, or is it a generic 95B kit?

It's built for your confirmed GTS. The GTS uses different front knuckle and hub geometry than base and S Macans, so the brackets, rotor-hat offsets, and caliper mounting on this kit are machined for the GTS specifically — we do not assume platform-wide bolt-on fit. Confirm your VIN and trim and the kit ships matched to that car.

What wheel size do I need to clear these rotors?

The 420mm front rotor requires a minimum 21-inch wheel. Anything under 21 inches will not clear the front caliper and disc, and spoke clearance matters too, so send us your wheel spec before ordering. The rear 380mm setup with the EP4 caliper is comfortable within a 21-inch wheel.

Will my dashboard brake-pad warning still work?

Yes. The kit includes pad wear sensors that are fully compatible with the Macan's OEM wear-sensor system, so the factory pad-wear warning keeps functioning with no dashboard errors. The pad itself is a carbon-ceramic-specific low-metallic resin compound with steel, copper, and aramid fiber, roughly 0.44 average friction and heat resistance to about 750 °C with strong anti-fade behavior — and far less of the corrosive black dust the factory pads leave on your wheels.
