Will This Fit My Car?

Full Upgrade CCB Big Brake Kits (With Calipers) for the 2022-2026+ Porsche Cayenne (9Y0) Turbo GT. This page's exact brake setup:

Model Years Front Setup Rear Setup Min. Wheel Size
2022-2026+ Akebono OEM Porsche 10-Piston (10N) Caliper / 420/440mm Brembo OEM Porsche 19Z 4-Piston Caliper / 410/380mm 21"

This kit is built per car, not per platform. We engineer the brackets, rotor-hat offsets, and caliper mounting to your confirmed model and trim, because trims sharing a chassis name frequently differ underneath — performance variants can run different knuckles, hub geometry, and wheel ET clearance than their standard siblings. You receive calipers, pads, rotor hats, floating hardware, and brake lines as one matched, trim-specific system. Cars with modified knuckles, uprights, or non-factory suspension mounting points need review before ordering.

The 420 mm rotor sets the minimum wheel size at 21" — smaller wheels will not clear the caliper and rotor. Spoke profile and offset also affect clearance; confirm your exact wheels before ordering.

Why Carbon Ceramic — and Why StopFlex

Short-Fiber or Long-Fiber — Your Call

Every StopFlex disc is true carbon-ceramic. Short-Fiber Street Spec uses a simpler chopped-fiber process for a lower price and street-only duty; the Long-Fiber line uses continuous carbon strands that carry load across the whole rotor for higher strength and thermal durability — the pick for track and race heat.

Bespoke Per-Vehicle Engineering

Every order is machined to the confirmed vehicle and trim. Brackets, hat offsets, and pad shapes are built for that exact car — never pulled from a one-size-fits-all catalog.

CCB-Specific Pad Compound

A low-metallic resin pad compound reinforced with steel, copper, and aramid fiber, made for ceramic discs: stable to about 750 °C, roughly 0.44 average friction, strong fade resistance, low rotor wear.

Lower Unsprung Mass

A like-size carbon-ceramic rotor can be materially lighter than an iron disc; the exact saving depends on rotor dimensions. Lower rotating, unsprung mass can reduce the load the suspension has to control.

High-Temperature Stability

The carbon-silicon-carbide friction material is selected for high-temperature stability and fade resistance. Overall pedal feel still depends on pad condition, fluid, caliper stiffness, cooling and operating temperature.

Rust-Free Rotor Surface

Ceramic discs cannot flash-rust. After rain, a wash, or weeks of parking, the rotor face behind your open-spoke wheels stays clean — no orange ring on a freshly detailed car.

Long Street-Service Life

In normal road use with matched pads and correct bedding, carbon-ceramic friction surfaces are designed for low wear. Actual service life depends on mileage, contamination, pad choice, heat cycles and driving use.

Low Visible Dust

Matched StopFlex pads are selected for low visible dust on the ceramic friction surface. Actual wheel dust still varies with pad choice, traffic, temperature, bedding and driving intensity.

Premium Ceramic-Glaze Finish

StopFlex's proprietary coating gives the disc a bright ceramic-glaze surface with subtle texture — the factory carbon-ceramic look, clearly visible through open wheel designs.

Winter & Cold-Weather Braking

Cold-weather trade-off: an untuned carbon-ceramic disc can have less initial bite than cold iron. StopFlex specifies a matched pad compound and ceramic coating tuned to reduce that cold-start gap, but the coldest first stops still deserve extra following distance. Severe-winter daily drivers should choose a Street Spec.

Caliper Overview

Front Caliper

The front upgrade uses the Akebono OEM Porsche 10-Piston (10N) Caliper with the supplied 420/440mm rotor configuration. Final brackets, hat offset and caliper mounting are specified only after exact Turbo GT confirmation.

Rear Caliper

The rear conversion uses the Brembo OEM Porsche 19Z 4-Piston Caliper with the supplied 410/380mm configuration. This is a full front-and-rear kit; the Cayenne’s electric parking-brake configuration is reviewed during final fitment confirmation.

Choose Your Rotor: Short-Fiber Street to Long-Fiber Motorsport

Four specs, one rule of thumb: all are real carbon-ceramic discs. Short-Fiber Street Spec is the lower-cost route for street-only driving. The three Long-Fiber specs use continuous carbon strands for higher strength and heat durability, and are the only choice for track-day or motorsport use.

StopFlex Short-Fiber Street Spec carbon ceramic brake rotor

Short-Fiber Street Spec

Chopped short-fiber carbon-ceramic body, ceramic coating, cross-drilled face.

Choose this for street-only use when purchase price matters most. It keeps the carbon-ceramic friction surface and coated finish, but it is not specified for track sessions.

StopFlex Long-Fiber Street Spec carbon ceramic brake rotor

Long-Fiber Street Spec

Continuous long-fiber body, ceramic coating, cross-drilled face, large cooling channels.

Choose this for daily and fast-road use when you want the long-fiber construction without moving to a track-focused face and cooling specification.

StopFlex Long-Fiber Track-Day Spec carbon ceramic brake rotor

Long-Fiber Track-Day Spec

Continuous long-fiber body, ceramic coating, blank face, honeycomb cooling channels.

Choose this for repeated fast-road or track-day braking where thermal duty matters more than the drilled street appearance. High-temperature fluid and appropriate cooling still matter.

StopFlex Long-Fiber Motorsport Spec carbon ceramic brake rotor

Long-Fiber Motorsport Spec

Continuous long-fiber body, uncoated blank face, honeycomb cooling channels.

Choose this for competition-focused use with the corresponding pad, fluid, cooling and warm-up strategy. It is not the default recommendation for a street-driven car.

Heat Management Note

High rotor temperature tolerance does not mean heat management disappears. Under repeated hard braking, heat migrates into the pads, brake fluid, seals, calipers, and wheels even when the ceramic disc itself is comfortable. Plan brake cooling and high-temperature fluid for extended track sessions, long mountain descents, or sustained aggressive driving.

Get Your Fitment Confirmed

Before ordering, provide the exact vehicle, current rotor sizes, caliper type, and wheel details. Production starts only after the configuration is confirmed; VIN/build data is requested when it is needed to resolve fitment.

FAQ

Does this full CCB kit fit every 2022-2026+ Cayenne Turbo GT?

It is listed for the Porsche Cayenne (9Y0) Turbo GT, but final fitment is bespoke to the confirmed exact model and trim. The package uses Akebono OEM Porsche 10-Piston (10N) front calipers and Brembo OEM Porsche 19Z 4-Piston rear calipers. Brackets, hat offsets and caliper mounting are not assumed to transfer from another 9Y0 configuration.

Which StopFlex rotor specification should I choose for a Cayenne Turbo GT?

Choose Short-Fiber Street Spec only for lower-cost street use. Long-Fiber Street suits road-focused Turbo GT use with greater duty margin; Track-Day and Motorsport are the long-fiber choices for progressively higher heat demand. Select based on the vehicle’s actual use, not simply the largest available rotor configuration.

Will my wheels clear the 420mm front configuration?

The largest supplied rotor is 420 mm, and the Python fitment chart sets a 21-inch minimum wheel size. Wheel diameter alone is not enough: spoke profile and offset still need physical clearance confirmation around the Akebono OEM Porsche 10-Piston (10N) Caliper before the kit is finalized.

How does this carbon-ceramic kit behave in winter or on the first cold stops?

An untuned cold carbon-ceramic disc can have less initial bite than cold iron. StopFlex specifies a matched pad compound and disc coating to reduce that cold-start gap, but the coldest first stops still deserve extra margin. Do not expect identical warm-weather response immediately after a cold start.
