Yes — if your front factory calipers are fixed 4-piston or more. The rear axle has no restriction. Cars with 1- or 2-piston floating front calipers should use the Full Upgrade kit (calipers + discs) instead. Discs are built to the factory rotor specs shown above; if you run aftermarket calipers (Brembo, AP Racing, Alcon, Wilwood), we simply confirm the caliper model, pad shape, and rotor dimensions before production.

Spoke profile and offset also affect clearance — confirm your exact wheels before ordering.

Lower Unsprung Mass

A carbon-ceramic rotor weighs roughly half of the equivalent iron disc. Less rotating, unsprung mass lets the suspension follow broken pavement more cleanly and makes steering response noticeably sharper.

High-Temperature Stability

The carbon-silicon-carbide friction matrix keeps working at temperatures that push iron rotors into heavy fade, so the tenth hard stop feels like the first — same pedal travel, same bite point.

Rust-Free Rotor Surface

CCB-Specific Pad Compound

A low-metallic resin pad compound reinforced with steel, copper, and aramid fiber, made for ceramic discs: stable to about 750 °C, roughly 0.44 average friction, strong fade resistance, low rotor wear.

Winter & Cold-Weather Braking

A cold, untuned carbon-ceramic disc needs more pedal than iron on the first winter stops — normal material physics. StopFlex engineered the pad formula and disc coating specifically for cold starts, closing that gap: cold-car winter feel is now very close to summer feel. Keep a little extra distance on the coldest mornings; for harsh winters, choose Street Spec.

Heat Management Note

Carbon ceramic rotors tolerate extreme surface temperature, but they do not remove every heat-management requirement. During repeated hard stops, heat still soaks into pads, fluid, seals, calipers, wheels, and nearby components. For long track sessions, mountain descents, or sustained aggressive driving, brake cooling and high-temperature fluid are still recommended.

FAQ

Will this fit my Cayenne if it has PSCB and not PCCB?

Yes, as long as your trim and rotor size match this page. On the 9Y0 GTS the front rotor is 390mm and the rear is 358mm. On the Turbo and Turbo E-Hybrid the fronts are either 415mm (PSCB) or 440mm (PCCB), with rears of 365mm (PSCB) or 410mm (PCCB). These are direct-replacement carbon-ceramic discs that reuse your factory calipers, so both PSCB and PCCB cars are covered provided you order the exact size that matches what's on the car now. Measure the disc diameter or check your build sheet before ordering.

Does this work with the factory 4-piston front calipers?

Yes. Direct Replacement is valid because every 9Y0 GTS, Turbo, and Turbo E-Hybrid in this configuration runs a front caliper with four pistons or more. The kit is engineered to bolt to those calipers using new carbon-ceramic rotors, hats, and floating hardware, so no caliper change is needed. The rear has no piston-count restriction and reuses the factory rear caliper and electronic parking brake mechanism as-is.

How do these behave in winter and on a cold first stop?

Any carbon-ceramic disc bites less when it's cold than cold iron does — that's physics, not a fault. On the 9Y0 we address it two ways: the low-metallic resin-composite pad and the disc's ceramic coating are both tuned for cold engagement, so the first stops on a freezing morning feel very close to a warmed-up summer stop. It's still smart to leave a little extra following distance on your first one or two stops before the system has come up to temperature, exactly as you would with the factory PCCB setup.

Will the dashboard pad-wear warning still work after I install these?

Yes. This kit includes brake pad wear sensors that are 100% compatible with the Porsche OEM wear-sensor system on the 9Y0. The factory pad-wear warning keeps functioning normally, with no dashboard errors or warning lights triggered by the swap. You keep the same wear monitoring you had with the original carbon-ceramic pads.
