Keep them if the front calipers are fixed 4-piston or more — the rear axle qualifies regardless. Front 1- or 2-piston floating calipers rule out the disc-only route; choose the Full Upgrade kit instead. Every set is machined to the factory rotor specs listed above, and aftermarket calipers (Brembo, AP Racing, Alcon, Wilwood) only need the caliper model, pad shape, and rotor dimensions confirmed before we build.
Spoke profile and offset also affect clearance — confirm your exact wheels before ordering.

CCB-Specific Pad Compound
A low-metallic resin pad compound reinforced with steel, copper, and aramid fiber, made for ceramic discs: stable to about 750 °C, roughly 0.44 average friction, strong fade resistance, low rotor wear.
Lower Unsprung Mass
A carbon-ceramic rotor weighs roughly half of the equivalent iron disc. Less rotating, unsprung mass lets the suspension follow broken pavement more cleanly and makes steering response noticeably sharper.
Winter & Cold-Weather Braking
Cold facts first: an untuned ceramic disc bites less than iron on a freezing morning — physics, not a defect. StopFlex tuned both the pad compound and the disc's ceramic coating for cold starts, so winter cold-car braking now feels very close to summer. Leave extra margin on the very coldest first stops; severe-climate daily drivers should build Street Spec.

Heat Management Note
Carbon ceramic rotors tolerate extreme surface temperature, but they do not remove every heat-management requirement. During repeated hard stops, heat still soaks into pads, fluid, seals, calipers, wheels, and nearby components. For long track sessions, mountain descents, or sustained aggressive driving, brake cooling and high-temperature fluid are still recommended.

How do I know my Cayenne actually has the PCCB system these rotors need?
Look for yellow brake calipers and 20-inch or larger wheels — that's the factory carbon-ceramic (PCCB) setup on the 958 Turbo and Turbo S. This page fits only PCCB-equipped cars running the 420mm front / 370mm rear rotors (Turbo S), or the Turbo's PCCB 420mm front / 370mm rear. If your Cayenne has silver or black calipers and standard iron discs, these will not fit. When in doubt, send us your VIN and we'll confirm the exact rotor diameters before you order.
Do these fit both the Turbo and the Turbo S, and does rotor size matter?
Yes, this page covers both the 958 Turbo and Turbo S, but the rotor size has to match your car. Turbo cars came with either 390mm or 420mm PCCB fronts and 358mm or 370mm rears; Turbo S is 420mm front and 370mm rear. Because these are direct replacements that reuse your factory calipers, the disc diameter, hat height, and floating hardware all have to match your original setup exactly. Confirm your factory rotor sizes with us first — a 390mm car cannot run 420mm discs.
How do these carbon-ceramic rotors behave in winter and on cold mornings?
A cold carbon-ceramic disc bites a little less than cold iron on the first stops — that's normal physics, not a fault, and it's true of every CCB system including your original PCCB. We tuned both the pad compound and the disc's ceramic coating for cold starts, so winter cold-car feel now comes very close to summer feel. On the coldest first stops, still leave a little extra following distance until the front rotors come up to temperature, then response is firm and consistent.
Will the pad-wear warning still work, or will I get dashboard errors?
The wear sensors in this kit are fully compatible with the 958's OEM wear-sensor system, so your factory brake-pad warning keeps working exactly as before — no fault codes, no dashboard errors, no PSM or brake-system warning lights. You reuse your factory calipers and the car reads the new pads and sensors as it always did.
