Will This Fit My Car?
Full Upgrade CCB Big Brake Kits (With Calipers) for the 2021-2026+ Porsche 911 (992) Turbo. This page's exact brake setup:
| Model Years | Front Setup | Rear Setup | Min. Wheel Size |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2021-2026+ | Brembo OEM Porsche 911 GT3 6-Piston Caliper / 410mm | Brembo OEM Porsche 911 GT3 4-Piston Caliper / 390mm | 21" |
Fitment here is bespoke: brackets, hat offsets, and caliper mounting are engineered for your exact model and trim rather than copied across the platform. Two trims with the same chassis code can still differ in knuckles, hub geometry, and wheel ET clearance — which is why we confirm your trim first, then build the matched system of calipers, pads, rotor hats, floating hardware, and lines for it. Modified knuckles, uprights, or non-factory suspension points require review before ordering.
The 410 mm rotor sets the minimum wheel size at 21" — smaller wheels will not clear the caliper and rotor. Spoke profile and offset also affect clearance; confirm your exact wheels before ordering.

Why Carbon Ceramic — and Why StopFlex
CCB-Specific Pad Compound
A low-metallic resin pad compound reinforced with steel, copper, and aramid fiber, made for ceramic discs: stable to about 750 °C, roughly 0.44 average friction, strong fade resistance, low rotor wear.
Lower Unsprung Mass
A like-size carbon-ceramic rotor can be materially lighter than an iron disc; the exact saving depends on rotor dimensions. Lower rotating, unsprung mass can reduce the load the suspension has to control.
High-Temperature Stability
The carbon-silicon-carbide friction material is selected for high-temperature stability and fade resistance. Overall pedal feel still depends on pad condition, fluid, caliper stiffness, cooling and operating temperature.
Rust-Free Rotor Surface
Ceramic discs cannot flash-rust. After rain, a wash, or weeks of parking, the rotor face behind your open-spoke wheels stays clean — no orange ring on a freshly detailed car.
Long Street-Service Life
In normal road use with matched pads and correct bedding, carbon-ceramic friction surfaces are designed for low wear. Actual service life depends on mileage, contamination, pad choice, heat cycles and driving use.
Low Visible Dust
Matched StopFlex pads are selected for low visible dust on the ceramic friction surface. Actual wheel dust still varies with pad choice, traffic, temperature, bedding and driving intensity.
Premium Ceramic-Glaze Finish
StopFlex's proprietary coating gives the disc a bright ceramic-glaze surface with subtle texture — the factory carbon-ceramic look, clearly visible through open wheel designs.
Short-Fiber or Long-Fiber — Your Call
Every StopFlex disc is true carbon-ceramic. Short-Fiber Street Spec uses a simpler chopped-fiber process for a lower price and street-only duty; the Long-Fiber line uses continuous carbon strands that carry load across the whole rotor for higher strength and thermal durability — the pick for track and race heat.
Bespoke Per-Vehicle Engineering
Every order is machined to the confirmed vehicle and trim. Brackets, hat offsets, and pad shapes are built for that exact car — never pulled from a one-size-fits-all catalog.
Winter & Cold-Weather Braking
Cold-weather trade-off: an untuned carbon-ceramic disc can have less initial bite than cold iron. StopFlex specifies a matched pad compound and ceramic coating tuned to reduce that cold-start gap, but the coldest first stops still deserve extra following distance. Severe-winter daily drivers should choose a Street Spec.
Caliper Overview
Front Caliper
The Brembo OEM Porsche 911 GT3 6-Piston Caliper is supplied with the 410 mm front CCB rotor configuration. Bracket and hat offset are specified after exact Turbo trim confirmation.
Rear Caliper
The Brembo OEM Porsche 911 GT3 4-Piston Caliper is supplied with 390 mm rear CCB rotors. This is a full front-and-rear upgrade, not a front-only kit.
Choose Your Rotor: Short-Fiber Street to Long-Fiber Motorsport
Pick by how you drive and what you want to spend. Street-only and budget-minded: Short-Fiber Street Spec. Premium street, track days, or competition: one of the three Long-Fiber specs, whose continuous carbon strands carry the strength and heat margin that repeated hard braking demands.

Short-Fiber Street Spec
Chopped short-fiber carbon-ceramic body, ceramic coating, cross-drilled face.
Choose this for street-only use when purchase price matters most. It keeps the carbon-ceramic friction surface and coated finish, but it is not specified for track sessions.

Long-Fiber Street Spec
Continuous long-fiber body, ceramic coating, cross-drilled face, large cooling channels.
Choose this for daily and fast-road use when you want the long-fiber construction without moving to a track-focused face and cooling specification.

Long-Fiber Track-Day Spec
Continuous long-fiber body, ceramic coating, blank face, honeycomb cooling channels.
Choose this for repeated fast-road or track-day braking where thermal duty matters more than the drilled street appearance. High-temperature fluid and appropriate cooling still matter.

Long-Fiber Motorsport Spec
Continuous long-fiber body, uncoated blank face, honeycomb cooling channels.
Choose this for competition-focused use with the corresponding pad, fluid, cooling and warm-up strategy. It is not the default recommendation for a street-driven car.
Heat Management Note
High rotor temperature tolerance does not mean heat management disappears. Under repeated hard braking, heat migrates into the pads, brake fluid, seals, calipers, and wheels even when the ceramic disc itself is comfortable. Plan brake cooling and high-temperature fluid for extended track sessions, long mountain descents, or sustained aggressive driving.
Get Your Fitment Confirmed
Before ordering, provide the exact vehicle, current rotor sizes, caliper type, and wheel details. Production starts only after the configuration is confirmed; VIN/build data is requested when it is needed to resolve fitment.
FAQ
Will this kit fit my 2021-2026+ Porsche 911 (992) Turbo?
It is offered for the 2021-2026+ Porsche 911 (992) Turbo, subject to bespoke confirmation of the exact model and trim. The kit uses 410 mm front and 390 mm rear rotors with supplied GT3 6-piston front and 4-piston rear calipers. Shared 992 architecture alone is not sufficient: bracket design, hat offset, and caliper mounting are confirmed per car. The 410 mm front setup requires at least 21-inch wheels, plus physical spoke and offset clearance confirmation.
Which carbon-ceramic rotor specification should I choose?
Choose Short-Fiber Street Spec for the lower-cost, street-only option. Long-Fiber Street suits regular road use with the long-fiber construction. Move to Long-Fiber Track-Day for higher heat and duty requirements, or Long-Fiber Motorsport for the highest-duty use. Select the rotor around how the Turbo is actually driven, then confirm the intended use during the bespoke fitment review.
Does the rear conversion account for the electronic parking brake?
The 992 Turbo uses an electronic parking brake. Parking-brake integration must be confirmed for the exact car during order review; it is not assumed from another 992 trim or shared platform. This full kit supplies Brembo OEM Porsche 911 GT3 4-Piston Calipers with 390 mm rear rotors, while final rear mounting scope is specified for the confirmed vehicle.
What should I expect in cold or winter driving?
An untuned cold carbon-ceramic disc can have less initial bite than cold iron. StopFlex specifies a matched pad compound and disc coating to reduce that cold-start gap, but the first stops in the coldest conditions still deserve extra margin. This is a configuration consideration for year-round street use, not a promise of identical warm-weather response.
