Will This Fit My Car?
Full Upgrade CCB Big Brake Kits (With Calipers) for the 2021-2026+ Mercedes-Benz S-Class / AMG (W223/V223). This page's exact brake setup:
| Model Years | Front Setup | Rear Setup | Min. Wheel Size |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2021-2026+ | Akebono OEM Audi RS 10-Piston (10N) Caliper / 420mm | Brembo OEM Porsche 19Z 4-Piston Caliper / 410mm | 21" |
This kit is built per car, not per platform. We engineer the brackets, rotor-hat offsets, and caliper mounting to your confirmed model and trim, because trims sharing a chassis name frequently differ underneath — performance variants can run different knuckles, hub geometry, and wheel ET clearance than their standard siblings. You receive calipers, pads, rotor hats, floating hardware, and brake lines as one matched, trim-specific system. Cars with modified knuckles, uprights, or non-factory suspension mounting points need review before ordering.
The 420 mm rotor sets the minimum wheel size at 21" — smaller wheels will not clear the caliper and rotor. Spoke profile and offset also affect clearance; confirm your exact wheels before ordering.
| Wheel Size (Standard) | Disc Range |

Why Carbon Ceramic — and Why StopFlex
Rust-Free Rotor Surface
Ceramic discs cannot flash-rust. After rain, a wash, or weeks of parking, the rotor face behind your open-spoke wheels stays clean — no orange ring on a freshly detailed car.
Long Street-Service Life
In normal road use with matched pads and correct bedding, carbon-ceramic friction surfaces are designed for low wear. Actual service life depends on mileage, contamination, pad choice, heat cycles and driving use.
Low Visible Dust
Matched StopFlex pads are selected for low visible dust on the ceramic friction surface. Actual wheel dust still varies with pad choice, traffic, temperature, bedding and driving intensity.
Premium Ceramic-Glaze Finish
StopFlex's proprietary coating gives the disc a bright ceramic-glaze surface with subtle texture — the factory carbon-ceramic look, clearly visible through open wheel designs.
Short-Fiber or Long-Fiber — Your Call
Every StopFlex disc is true carbon-ceramic. Short-Fiber Street Spec uses a simpler chopped-fiber process for a lower price and street-only duty; the Long-Fiber line uses continuous carbon strands that carry load across the whole rotor for higher strength and thermal durability — the pick for track and race heat.
Bespoke Per-Vehicle Engineering
Every order is machined to the confirmed vehicle and trim. Brackets, hat offsets, and pad shapes are built for that exact car — never pulled from a one-size-fits-all catalog.
CCB-Specific Pad Compound
A low-metallic resin pad compound reinforced with steel, copper, and aramid fiber, made for ceramic discs: stable to about 750 °C, roughly 0.44 average friction, strong fade resistance, low rotor wear.
Lower Unsprung Mass
A like-size carbon-ceramic rotor can be materially lighter than an iron disc; the exact saving depends on rotor dimensions. Lower rotating, unsprung mass can reduce the load the suspension has to control.
High-Temperature Stability
The carbon-silicon-carbide friction material is selected for high-temperature stability and fade resistance. Overall pedal feel still depends on pad condition, fluid, caliper stiffness, cooling and operating temperature.
Winter & Cold-Weather Braking
Cold-weather trade-off: an untuned carbon-ceramic disc can have less initial bite than cold iron. StopFlex specifies a matched pad compound and ceramic coating tuned to reduce that cold-start gap, but the coldest first stops still deserve extra following distance. Severe-winter daily drivers should choose a Street Spec.
Caliper Overview
Front Caliper
The front upgrade uses the Akebono OEM Audi RS 10-Piston (10N) Caliper with a 420mm rotor. Front mounting is specified only after exact W223/V223 model and trim confirmation.
Rear Caliper
The rear setup uses the Brembo OEM Porsche 19Z 4-Piston Caliper with a 410mm rotor. Rear electronic parking-brake integration is confirmed as part of the bespoke fitment process.
Choose Your Rotor: Short-Fiber Street to Long-Fiber Motorsport
Left to right is ascending duty. Short-Fiber Street Spec keeps carbon-ceramic benefits at a lower price for street use only; the Long-Fiber Street, Track-Day, and Motorsport specs add continuous-fiber strength and thermal durability for everything from daily premium builds to race weekends.

Short-Fiber Street Spec
Chopped short-fiber carbon-ceramic body, ceramic coating, cross-drilled face.
Choose this for street-only use when purchase price matters most. It keeps the carbon-ceramic friction surface and coated finish, but it is not specified for track sessions.

Long-Fiber Street Spec
Continuous long-fiber body, ceramic coating, cross-drilled face, large cooling channels.
Choose this for daily and fast-road use when you want the long-fiber construction without moving to a track-focused face and cooling specification.

Long-Fiber Track-Day Spec
Continuous long-fiber body, ceramic coating, blank face, honeycomb cooling channels.
Choose this for repeated fast-road or track-day braking where thermal duty matters more than the drilled street appearance. High-temperature fluid and appropriate cooling still matter.

Long-Fiber Motorsport Spec
Continuous long-fiber body, uncoated blank face, honeycomb cooling channels.
Choose this for competition-focused use with the corresponding pad, fluid, cooling and warm-up strategy. It is not the default recommendation for a street-driven car.
Heat Management Note
Ceramic discs shrug off surface temperatures that would destroy iron, but the rest of the system still heats up: pads, fluid, seals, calipers, and wheels all absorb soak heat during repeated hard stops. For track days, long descents, and sustained hard driving, run brake cooling and high-temperature fluid.
Get Your Fitment Confirmed
Send the exact year, model, trim, current rotor sizes, caliper type, and wheel details before ordering. StopFlex confirms the supplied configuration before production and requests VIN/build data when needed.
FAQ
Does this kit fit every 2021-2026+ W223/V223 S-Class or AMG?
No. This listing covers the W223/V223 S-Class / AMG family, but the kit is built only after confirmation of the exact model and trim. The 420mm front and 410mm rear package uses trim-specific brackets, hat offsets, and caliper mounting; those details are not assumed to transfer between trims that share the same chassis.
Which carbon-ceramic rotor specification should I choose?
Choose Short-Fiber Street Spec only for street use and lower initial cost. Long-Fiber Street, Track-Day, and Motorsport use long-fiber construction for progressively higher heat and duty requirements. Select from actual use, then have the final rotor specification confirmed with the vehicle configuration before the kit is released.
What should I expect in cold or winter driving?
An untuned cold carbon-ceramic disc can have less initial bite than cold iron. This system uses a matched pad compound and disc coating tuned to reduce that cold-start gap, but the coldest first stops still deserve extra margin. It should not be selected on the expectation of identical warm-weather response from the first brake application.
What wheel and parking-brake details need confirmation?
The largest supplied rotor is 420mm, and the minimum wheel size is 21 inches. Wheel diameter alone is not enough: spoke profile and offset require physical clearance confirmation. The W223/V223 uses an electronic parking brake, so the Brembo OEM Porsche 19Z 4-Piston Caliper rear conversion is finalized only after the exact vehicle configuration is reviewed.
