StopFlex supplies the calipers, pads, rotor hats, floating hardware, and brake lines as a matched system built to your confirmed trim. Cars with modified knuckles, modified uprights, or non-factory suspension mounting points must be reviewed before ordering and are not treated as direct-fit.

Fitment is confirmed by exact model, trim, year, and wheel data before production. StopFlex does not assume that every W251 R-Class uses the same brackets, hat offsets, or caliper mounting, especially when comparing standard R350/R500 models with the R63 AMG.

What wheel size do I need for the 380 mm setup?

This kit requires 19-inch or larger wheels because the largest rotor is 380 mm. Barrel clearance and spoke clearance still need to be checked against the chosen Brembo 6-piston front and 4-piston rear calipers.

Will the parking brake still work?

The W251 R-Class does not use a factory electronic parking brake. StopFlex confirms the rear parking-brake arrangement during fitment review so the mechanical parking-brake function is accounted for in the rear package.
