Fitment is confirmed by exact year, trim, hub data and wheel package before build. StopFlex does not assume that an ML350 and ML63 share the same bracket or hat offset just because both are W164 models.
What wheel size do I need for the 380mm rotors?
The minimum wheel diameter is 19 inches because wheels under 19 inches will not clear the 380mm rotor package. Spoke clearance still has to be checked against the Genuine Alcon RC6 6-Piston Caliper front profile.
Will the parking brake still work?
Yes, the kit is designed around the W164’s factory mechanical parking-brake layout. This chassis does not use an electronic parking brake rear caliper motor, so there is no EPB actuator to retain or reprogram.
