Every StopFlex kit is bespoke-engineered for your exact model and trim — brackets, rotor-hat offsets, and caliper mounting are matched to your specific car, never assumed from the platform. Trims that share a chassis name can differ mechanically: a pure performance variant often carries different knuckles, hub geometry, and wheel ET clearance than the standard models, so parts that bolt onto one are not the parts that fit the other. Calipers, pads, rotor hats, floating hardware, and brake lines ship as one matched system built to your confirmed trim. Modified knuckles, uprights, or non-factory suspension mounting points must be reviewed before ordering.
The 380 mm rotor sets the minimum wheel size at 19" — smaller wheels will not clear the caliper and rotor. Spoke profile and offset also affect clearance; confirm your exact wheels before ordering.

Every order is machined to the confirmed vehicle and trim. Brackets, hat offsets, and pad shapes are built for that exact car — never pulled from a one-size-fits-all catalog.
CCB-Specific Pad Compound
A low-metallic resin pad compound reinforced with steel, copper, and aramid fiber, made for ceramic discs: stable to about 750 °C, roughly 0.44 average friction, strong fade resistance, low rotor wear.
Lower Unsprung Mass
A carbon-ceramic rotor weighs roughly half of the equivalent iron disc. Less rotating, unsprung mass lets the suspension follow broken pavement more cleanly and makes steering response noticeably sharper.
High-Temperature Stability
The carbon-silicon-carbide friction matrix keeps working at temperatures that push iron rotors into heavy fade, so the tenth hard stop feels like the first — same pedal travel, same bite point.
Rust-Free Rotor Surface

Front Caliper
The front uses a Brembo 6-piston caliper, with three options: the V6 (OEM Cadillac CTS-V), the GT6 (Brembo GT | M6), and the GTS6 (Brembo GT | S6), all matched to a 380 mm rotor. Six pistons spread clamping evenly across a long pad for a firm, repeatable pedal on a heavy W211.
Rear Caliper
The rear pairs with a Brembo 4-piston caliper, chosen from the V4 (OEM Cadillac CTS-V), GT4 (Brembo GT | M4), or GTS4 (Brembo GT | S4), also on a 380 mm rotor. It adds real rear thermal capacity so the W211's brake bias holds up during repeated hard stops instead of loading the front axle alone.

Heat Management Note
Ceramic discs shrug off surface temperatures that would destroy iron, but the rest of the system still heats up: pads, fluid, seals, calipers, and wheels all absorb soak heat during repeated hard stops. For track days, long descents, and sustained hard driving, run brake cooling and high-temperature fluid.

Will this fit my exact W211 or S211, including my E55 or E63 AMG?
Every kit is engineered for your confirmed trim, not the platform as a whole. The AMG E55 and E63 use different front knuckles, hub geometry, and wheel clearance than the E350 or E500/E550, so we cut brackets and set rotor-hat offsets to match your specific car. We never ship a generic W211 bolt-on and assume it clears.
What wheels do I need to clear the 380 mm rotors?
The 380 mm front and rear rotors require a minimum 19-inch wheel, and spoke shape matters as much as diameter. Many staggered AMG wheels clear fine, but send us your wheel model or a photo behind the spokes and we will confirm before you order.
How do carbon-ceramic brakes behave on a cold winter morning?
A cold, untuned carbon-ceramic disc bites less than cold iron on the first stops. That is physics, not a fault. We tune both the pad compound and the disc's ceramic coating for cold starts, so first-thing-in-the-morning feel now comes very close to summer. Still leave a little extra following distance on the first couple of stops when it's freezing.
Does the rear kit work with the W211's parking brake?
Yes. The W211/S211 uses a foot-pedal cable parking brake with a small drum inside the rear rotor hat, so our rear hats retain that drum function. Your parking brake works exactly as it did from the factory.
