This kit is built per car, not per platform. We engineer the brackets, rotor-hat offsets, and caliper mounting to your confirmed model and trim, because trims sharing a chassis name frequently differ underneath — performance variants can run different knuckles, hub geometry, and wheel ET clearance than their standard siblings. You receive calipers, pads, rotor hats, floating hardware, and brake lines as one matched, trim-specific system. Cars with modified knuckles, uprights, or non-factory suspension mounting points need review before ordering.
The 390 mm rotor sets the minimum wheel size at 20" — smaller wheels will not clear the caliper and rotor. Spoke profile and offset also affect clearance; confirm your exact wheels before ordering.

Lower Unsprung Mass
A carbon-ceramic rotor weighs roughly half of the equivalent iron disc. Less rotating, unsprung mass lets the suspension follow broken pavement more cleanly and makes steering response noticeably sharper.
Winter & Cold-Weather Braking
Winter question, straight answer: untuned ceramic discs bite less when cold. StopFlex optimized the pad compound and the rotor's ceramic coating for cold operation, so cold-start braking in winter feels very close to warm-weather braking. Extra following distance on freezing first stops is still smart; severe-winter daily cars should run Street Spec.

Front Caliper
The front runs the OEM AMG 6-Piston Caliper clamping a 390mm carbon-ceramic rotor. Six pistons spread pad pressure evenly across a tall pad, so pedal feel stays consistent from a cold first stop through repeated hard braking.
Rear Caliper
The rear uses the OEM AMG 4-Piston Caliper on a 380mm carbon-ceramic rotor for real rear thermal capacity under heavy trail-braking. On EPB-equipped trims the caliper is set up to keep your factory electronic parking brake working.

Heat Management Note
High rotor temperature tolerance does not mean heat management disappears. Under repeated hard braking, heat migrates into the pads, brake fluid, seals, calipers, and wheels even when the ceramic disc itself is comfortable. Plan brake cooling and high-temperature fluid for extended track sessions, long mountain descents, or sustained aggressive driving.

FAQ
How do these carbon-ceramic brakes behave in winter and on cold mornings?
A carbon-ceramic disc that hasn't been tuned will bite less than cold iron on the first stop or two — that's normal physics, not a defect. On this kit we've matched both the pad compound and the disc's ceramic coating for cold starts, so winter cold-car feel now comes very close to summer feel. On the coldest first stops it's still smart to leave a little extra following distance until the front 390mm and rear 380mm rotors come up to temperature.
Will this kit actually fit my exact C-Class, or is it a generic W205 fit?
It's built for your confirmed trim, not the platform. A C300 and a C63S share the W205 name but differ in front knuckles, hub geometry, and wheel clearance, so we cut the brackets, rotor-hat offsets, and caliper mounting to match the car you own. We don't make a universal bolt-on claim — you send your trim and we engineer to it.
What wheels do I need to clear these rotors?
The front rotor is 390mm, so 20-inch wheels are the minimum. Anything under 20 inches will not clear the disc and caliper. Spoke shape matters too, not just diameter, so send us your wheel details and we'll confirm clearance before you buy.
Does this work with the electronic parking brake on my C-Class?
Yes. The W205 range uses a factory electric parking brake, and the OEM AMG 4-Piston rear caliper in this kit is configured to retain that function, so your dash EPB button and auto-hold keep working normally.
