Ceramic discs shrug off surface temperatures that would destroy iron, but the rest of the system still heats up: pads, fluid, seals, calipers, and wheels all absorb soak heat during repeated hard stops. For track days, long descents, and sustained hard driving, run brake cooling and high-temperature fluid.

Every kit is engineered for your confirmed trim, not the Camaro platform in general. We build the brackets, rotor-hat offsets, and caliper mounting to your specific car, because front knuckle geometry, hub dimensions, and wheel clearance can differ between LS, LT, SS, and the higher-performance variants sharing the 5th Gen name. We confirm your VIN and trim before anything is machined, so this is a bespoke fit rather than a platform-wide bolt-on assumption.
What wheels do I need to clear these brakes?
The front rotor is 400mm, so you need a minimum 20-inch wheel. Wheels under 20 inches will not clear the disc, and spoke design matters too, since a tight or deeply dished spoke pattern can foul the Corvette Z06 6-piston caliper even on a 20-inch wheel. How do these brakes behave in winter and cold weather?
