Why Carbon Ceramic — and Why StopFlex
Continuous Fiber Construction
StopFlex discs are built with long continuous carbon fiber instead of chopped short fiber. Continuous strands carry load across the whole rotor body, raising strength and thermal durability under heat cycles.

Heat Management Note
Carbon ceramic rotors tolerate extreme surface temperature, but they do not remove every heat-management requirement. During repeated hard stops, heat still soaks into pads, fluid, seals, calipers, wheels, and nearby components. For long track sessions, mountain descents, or sustained aggressive driving, brake cooling and high-temperature fluid are still recommended.

Every kit is engineered to your confirmed trim, not to the Bentayga name in general. Base, S, and Speed cars can differ in upright and hub geometry and wheel clearance, so we match the brackets, rotor-hat offsets, and caliper mounting to your specific VIN and trim. We do not ship a platform-wide bolt-on and hope it lines up — you send us the car, we build for that car.
What wheels do I need to clear the 420mm front rotor?
The 420mm front carbon-ceramic rotor with the Akebono 10-piston caliper needs at least a 21-inch wheel. Anything under 21 inches will not clear the caliper. Spoke shape and inner-barrel profile matter too, so send your exact wheel spec and we will confirm clearance before you buy.
How does carbon ceramic behave on a cold winter morning?
An untuned cold ceramic disc bites less than cold iron on the first stop — that is normal physics, not a fault. We tuned both the pad compound and the disc's ceramic coating for cold starts, so winter cold-car feel now comes very close to summer feel. Still, leave a little extra following distance on your first stops of the day when it's coldest.
