Will This Fit My Car?
Direct Replacement CCB Discs (Retain Factory Calipers) for the 2019-2026+ Audi RS6 / S6 (C8). Factory rotor specifications and the smallest wheel that clears each trim:
| Trim | Front Rotor (Factory) | Rear Rotor (Factory) | Min. Wheel Size |
|---|---|---|---|
| RS6 | 420mm, 440mm (CCB) | 370mm | 22" |
| S6 | 400mm | 350mm | 20" |
Keep Your Factory Calipers?
The rule is simple: front factory calipers must be 4-piston or more; the rear has no limit. A 1- or 2-piston floating front setup cannot take direct-replacement discs — that car needs the Full Upgrade kit with calipers. We build to the factory rotor specs above. Aftermarket calipers (Brembo, AP Racing, Alcon, Wilwood) work too — send the caliper model, pad shape, and rotor size for confirmation first.
Spoke profile and offset also affect clearance — confirm your exact wheels before ordering.

Why Carbon Ceramic — and Why StopFlex
Rust-Free Rotor Surface
Ceramic discs cannot flash-rust. After rain, a wash, or weeks of parking, the rotor face behind your open-spoke wheels stays clean — no orange ring on a freshly detailed car.
Long Street-Service Life
In normal road use with matched pads and correct bedding, one StopFlex CCB rotor set is engineered to outlast several sets of iron replacement rotors, recovering part of the up-front cost.
Low Visible Dust
Matched with StopFlex pads, the system sheds a fraction of the dust an iron rotor and pad combination throws. Wheels stay clean for weeks of driving instead of days.
Premium Ceramic-Glaze Finish
StopFlex's proprietary coating gives the disc a bright ceramic-glaze surface with subtle texture — the factory carbon-ceramic look, clearly visible through open wheel designs.
Continuous Fiber Construction
StopFlex discs are built with long continuous carbon fiber instead of chopped short fiber. Continuous strands carry load across the whole rotor body, raising strength and thermal durability under heat cycles.
Bespoke Per-Vehicle Engineering
Every order is machined to the confirmed vehicle and trim. Brackets, hat offsets, and pad shapes are built for that exact car — never pulled from a one-size-fits-all catalog.
CCB-Specific Pad Compound
A low-metallic resin pad compound reinforced with steel, copper, and aramid fiber, made for ceramic discs: stable to about 750 °C, roughly 0.44 average friction, strong fade resistance, low rotor wear.
Lower Unsprung Mass
A carbon-ceramic rotor weighs roughly half of the equivalent iron disc. Less rotating, unsprung mass lets the suspension follow broken pavement more cleanly and makes steering response noticeably sharper.
High-Temperature Stability
The carbon-silicon-carbide friction matrix keeps working at temperatures that push iron rotors into heavy fade, so the tenth hard stop feels like the first — same pedal travel, same bite point.
Winter & Cold-Weather Braking
A cold, untuned carbon-ceramic disc needs more pedal than iron on the first winter stops — normal material physics. StopFlex engineered the pad formula and disc coating specifically for cold starts, closing that gap: cold-car winter feel is now very close to summer feel. Keep a little extra distance on the coldest mornings; for harsh winters, choose Street Spec.
Choose Your Rotor: Street, Track-Day, or Motorsport

Street Spec
Ceramic coating, cross-drilled face, and large cooling channels.
Best for daily driving and premium street builds that need clean cold bite, low dust, corrosion-free appearance, and long service life.

Track-Day Spec
Ceramic coating, blank face, and honeycomb cooling channels.
Best for fast-road and track-day use where repeated braking stability matters more than maximum visual drilling style.

Motorsport Spec
Uncoated blank face with honeycomb cooling channels.
Best for race-focused builds that run competition pads, high-temperature fluid, cooling strategy, and a proper warm-up window. Not the default street choice.
Heat Management Note
Ceramic discs shrug off surface temperatures that would destroy iron, but the rest of the system still heats up: pads, fluid, seals, calipers, and wheels all absorb soak heat during repeated hard stops. For track days, long descents, and sustained hard driving, run brake cooling and high-temperature fluid.
Get Your Fitment Confirmed
Send the exact vehicle details, current rotor sizes, and caliper type before ordering. Every StopFlex order is confirmed against your VIN-level configuration before production.
FAQ
How do these carbon-ceramic rotors behave on a cold winter morning?
Physics is honest here: any cold carbon-ceramic disc bites a little less than cold iron before it comes up to temperature. That is normal, not a defect. StopFlex tunes for it on both ends — the low-metallic resin-composite pad and the disc's ceramic coating are both optimized for cold first stops, so on a cold C8 the initial pedal now feels very close to a warm summer stop. Still, leave a little extra following distance on your first one or two stops of the day when the car has sat outside overnight.
Does this fit my exact RS6 or S6 C8, and how do I know which rotor size I have?
Fitment is trim- and size-specific. The RS6 runs 420mm or 440mm CCB front rotors with 370mm rears; the S6 runs 400mm front with 350mm rears. This page only covers those exact references. Direct Replacement is valid because the C8 RS6/S6 uses factory front calipers with four or more pistons — you keep those calipers and bolt our carbon-ceramic rotors, pads, hats, and floating hardware in their place. Confirm your front rotor diameter before ordering, since a 420mm RS6 and a 440mm RS6 are not interchangeable.
Why is this so much cheaper than replacing cracked OEM CCB rotors at the Audi dealer?
You are only replacing the friction parts, not the caliper assembly. The C8's factory four-piston-plus front calipers are reused, so the kit is rotors, pads, hats, and floating hardware for your specific diameter. That removes the biggest line item on a dealer CCB job. It's the direct answer for a C8 owner staring at worn or cracked factory carbon discs who does not want to pay for hardware they already own.
Will these reduce the brake dust on my open Audi wheels?
Yes. The carbon-ceramic disc paired with our carbon-ceramic-specific pad — a low-metallic resin-composite with steel, copper, and aramid fiber, average friction around 0.44 — sheds far less of the dark iron dust that coats open C8 wheels. The pad also resists fade with heat tolerance to roughly 750 °C, which matters on a heavy, high-output RS6 or S6 doing repeated highway-speed stops.
