This kit is built per car, not per platform. We engineer the brackets, rotor-hat offsets, and caliper mounting to your confirmed model and trim, because trims sharing a chassis name frequently differ underneath — performance variants can run different knuckles, hub geometry, and wheel ET clearance than their standard siblings. You receive calipers, pads, rotor hats, floating hardware, and brake lines as one matched, trim-specific system. Cars with modified knuckles, uprights, or non-factory suspension mounting points need review before ordering.
The 420 mm rotor sets the minimum wheel size at 21" — smaller wheels will not clear the caliper and rotor. Spoke profile and offset also affect clearance; confirm your exact wheels before ordering.

Premium Ceramic-Glaze Finish
StopFlex's proprietary coating gives the disc a bright ceramic-glaze surface with subtle texture — the factory carbon-ceramic look, clearly visible through open wheel designs.
Continuous Fiber Construction
StopFlex discs are built with long continuous carbon fiber instead of chopped short fiber. Continuous strands carry load across the whole rotor body, raising strength and thermal durability under heat cycles.
Bespoke Per-Vehicle Engineering

CCB-Specific Pad Compound
A low-metallic resin pad compound reinforced with steel, copper, and aramid fiber, made for ceramic discs: stable to about 750 °C, roughly 0.44 average friction, strong fade resistance, low rotor wear.
Lower Unsprung Mass
A carbon-ceramic rotor weighs roughly half of the equivalent iron disc. Less rotating, unsprung mass lets the suspension follow broken pavement more cleanly and makes steering response noticeably sharper.
High-Temperature Stability
The carbon-silicon-carbide friction matrix keeps working at temperatures that push iron rotors into heavy fade, so the tenth hard stop feels like the first — same pedal travel, same bite point.

Caliper Overview
Front Caliper
The front uses the Akebono OEM Audi RS 10-piston (10N) caliper, the same monobloc unit Audi fits to its ceramic-package RS cars. Ten pistons spread clamping load evenly across the 420mm carbon-ceramic rotor, so pedal pressure stays consistent from cold to hard use.
Rear Caliper
The rear is the TTSPORT EP4 4-piston forged caliper with a dedicated EPB actuator piston, so the car keeps its factory electronic parking brake while gaining real rear-axle thermal capacity. It runs four 28mm hydraulic service pistons plus one 27mm EPB piston, a two-piece forged-aluminum body around 4.50 kg per caliper, and pairs with a 380mm carbon-ceramic rotor.

Heat Management Note
High rotor temperature tolerance does not mean heat management disappears. Under repeated hard braking, heat migrates into the pads, brake fluid, seals, calipers, and wheels even when the ceramic disc itself is comfortable. Plan brake cooling and high-temperature fluid for extended track sessions, long mountain descents, or sustained aggressive driving.

How do these ceramics behave on a cold winter morning?
An untuned carbon-ceramic disc bites less than cold iron on the first stops of the day; that's normal physics, not a fault. We tuned both the pad compound and the disc's ceramic coating for cold starts, so on this e-tron GT the winter cold-car feel comes very close to summer feel. Still leave a little extra following distance on your first couple of stops when it's below freezing.
Will this kit fit my exact trim, e-tron GT or RS e-tron GT?
Every kit is engineered for your confirmed trim, not the shared platform. The RS e-tron GT and the standard e-tron GT can differ in front upright geometry, hub offset, and wheel clearance, so we cut the brackets and set the rotor-hat offsets to your specific car. We do not sell this as a universal platform bolt-on.
What wheels do I need to clear the 420mm front rotor?
The 420mm front carbon-ceramic rotor and Akebono 10-piston caliper require a minimum 21-inch wheel. Wheels under 21 inches will not clear it, and spoke shape matters too, so send us your wheel model when we confirm fitment.
Does this keep my electronic parking brake working?
Yes. The rear TTSPORT EP4 caliper carries a dedicated EPB actuator piston separate from its four hydraulic service pistons, so your factory electronic parking brake operates exactly as it does now while the 380mm ceramic rotor handles rear-axle heat.
