CCB-Specific Pad Compound
A low-metallic resin pad compound reinforced with steel, copper, and aramid fiber, made for ceramic discs: stable to about 750 °C, roughly 0.44 average friction, strong fade resistance, low rotor wear.
Lower Unsprung Mass
A carbon-ceramic rotor weighs roughly half of the equivalent iron disc. Less rotating, unsprung mass lets the suspension follow broken pavement more cleanly and makes steering response noticeably sharper.
High-Temperature Stability

The front runs the Akebono OEM Audi S 6-Piston (8N) Caliper, a 6-piston fixed unit with genuine Audi provenance. It clamps the 380mm carbon-ceramic front rotor with even pad loading, so pedal feel stays firm and consistent lap after lap.
Rear Caliper
The rear is the TTSPORT EP4 4-Piston Forged Caliper with integrated EPB. It uses four 28mm hydraulic service pistons for braking plus a dedicated 27mm EPB actuator piston, so your B7 keeps its factory parking-brake function while gaining real rear-axle thermal capacity on the 380mm rear rotor. Two-piece forged-aluminum body, around 4.50 kg per caliper without pads.

Heat Management Note
Ceramic discs shrug off surface temperatures that would destroy iron, but the rest of the system still heats up: pads, fluid, seals, calipers, and wheels all absorb soak heat during repeated hard stops. For track days, long descents, and sustained hard driving, run brake cooling and high-temperature fluid.

Will this actually fit my B7 RS4, or is it a generic platform kit?
It is built for your confirmed RS4 (B7), not assumed from the chassis. The B7 RS4 uses different front knuckles, hub geometry, and wheel clearance than lesser B7 A4/S4 models, so we machine the brackets, rotor-hat offsets, and caliper mounting to your specific car. We do not make a platform-wide bolt-on claim; we confirm your trim first, then cut the parts to match.
What wheels do I need to clear the 380mm rotors?
The front and rear rotors are both 380mm, so 19-inch wheels are the minimum. Wheels under 19 inches will not clear the discs, and spoke shape matters as much as diameter, so send us your exact wheel model or offsets and we will check caliper-to-spoke clearance before you buy.
How does carbon ceramic behave in cold weather and winter driving?
An untuned cold carbon-ceramic disc bites less than cold iron on the first stops. That is physics, not a defect. We optimized both the pad compound and the disc ceramic coating for cold starts, so cold-car braking feel now comes very close to warm summer feel. On the coldest first few stops, leave a little extra following distance until the system is up to temperature.
Does this kit keep my electronic parking brake working?
Yes. The TTSPORT EP4 rear caliper has a dedicated EPB actuator piston separate from its four hydraulic braking pistons, so the factory electromechanical parking brake on your B7 RS4 continues to work normally. You get the rear big-brake upgrade without losing OE parking-brake convenience.
